Booking and Payment:

  • All Pellowah/Reiki/Kundalini healing sessions are booked in advance and require payment of €60 to secure your appointment.

  • Payments can be made through  PayPal, credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your session at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We understand that emergencies can occur, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss any necessary arrangements.

  • While Pellowah healing outcomes can vary and are not guaranteed, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of all our clients.

  • If you are not satisfied with your Pellowah healing session, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. While we do not offer refunds for completed sessions, we are committed to understanding and addressing your concerns, possibly offering a discount or free session as appropriate.
